Healing Families, Strengthening Bonds
The Family Reconciliation Program is designed to rebuild and strengthen family relationships by fostering understanding, acceptance, and healing for key populations (KPs) facing rejection or conflict within their families. We offer individual and group support, both virtually and in person, to make our services accessible and impactful.
How the Program Works:
Individual Counseling Sessions:
One-on-one support for KPs and their family members to address personal conflicts and misunderstandings.
Sessions are tailored to help families build empathy and promote healing.
Group Counseling:
Family members and individuals join facilitated group sessions to share experiences, learn from others, and grow together.
Available for families with similar challenges, providing a safe and supportive environment.
Workshops:
Virtual and in-person educational workshops conducted via Zoho Meet or webinars.
Topics include understanding KP issues, building resilience, and fostering open communication.
Peer Support Groups:
Small, facilitated groups designed to connect families with others who share similar journeys.
Resource Materials:
Access guides, toolkits, and recorded webinar sessions to continue learning at your own pace.
